Cancellation Policy
This policy governs all bookings at Trehouz Studio by Trevents Entertainment. Clients must adhere to these terms to ensure a smooth and professional experience. ⸻ 1. Booking & Scheduling • Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance; same-day bookings require approval. • Session Duration & Overtime: Time includes setup/breakdown. Overtime starts at $100 per hour, depending on the activity. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are non-refundable, but credits may be issued at the Studio’s discretion. • No-Shows: Clients who miss a session forfeit their time without a refund. ⸻ 2. Studio Access & Usage • Included Spaces: Entry Foyer, Live Room, Recording Studio, Green Wall, Half Bathroom. Locked areas are off-limits. • Guests: Clients are responsible for their guests; disruptive behavior may lead to removal. • Cleanliness: The studio must be left in its original condition. ⸻ 3. Equipment & Services • Included Equipment: LED lighting, Bluetooth Media Player, Mackie speakers/subs, backdrops, photography lighting, TV, and more. • Additional Equipment (Fees May Apply): Drum set, keyboard, guitars, wind instruments (mouthpiece required), DSLR camera. • Extra Services (Rates Upon Request): Recording engineer, live streaming, post-production, and DJ/audio tech support. • Liability: Clients are responsible for damages and must use equipment properly. ⸻ 4. Payment & Late Fees • Membership Fees: Payments are due every 30 days from the initial booking date. • Overtime Fees: Start at $100 per hour, depending on the activity. • Late Payments: May result in restricted studio access. ⸻ 5. Studio Rules • No Smoking inside the studio. • Drinks in the Recording Studio must be in enclosed bottles and kept away from electrical components. • Noise Levels must be respectful of neighboring businesses. • Respect for Property: Theft, misuse, or damage may result in termination of access and legal action. ⸻ 6. Policy Violations Violations may result in canceled bookings, denied future access, or contract termination. No refunds will be issued for violations. By booking a session at Trehouz Studio, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
