Service Description
Give your child the gift of music with our engaging and structured Piano Lessons at Trehouz. Designed for beginners and developing students, this 8-week program focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, rhythm, and basic performance skills in a fun and supportive group setting. Cancellation Policy
All lessons and workshops at Trehouz Creative Studios must be booked in advance. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment unless otherwise stated. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Missed classes, late arrivals, or early withdrawals are not eligible for refunds or credits. If Trehouz cancels a session, participants will be offered a reschedule, studio credit, or refund at management’s discretion. Group lessons and workshops cannot be rescheduled for individual participants. Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Sessions missed without proper notice are forfeited. Participants are expected to arrive on time and be prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Repeated tardiness, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow studio rules may result in removal from the program without refund. Participants must meet the age requirements for each program. For minors, a parent or guardian must complete registration and agree to all policies. Where required, students must bring their own equipment or instruments. Trehouz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other participants is required at all times. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Trehouz Creative Studios may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional use. By booking, participants grant permission for such use unless stated otherwise in writing. Trehouz Creative Studios reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
